APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR
MOTHER-IN-LAW UNIT - THEODORE CORONA
WHEREAS Theodore Corona has submitted a petition for a
conditional use grant to permit construction of an addition
to his existing dwelling at W143 S7538 Indian Trail in the
Freedom Acres Subdivision, for use as a mother-in-law unit, and
WHEREAS the request meets the requirements of Section
8.01 (7) C. 10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS the Plan Comnission has held the necessary public
hearing to consider the petition, and
WHEREAS the plans submitted indicate that the architectural
character of the proposed structure will be dominately single
family in appearance, the mother-in-law unit will not exceed
800 sq. ft. of floor area, and the unit will be occupied by
persons who are related to persons in the dwelling by blood,
marriage or adoption.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant the request of Theodore
Corona for a conditional use grant to permit construction of
an addition to the existing dwelling for use as a mother-in-law
unit at W143 S7538 Indian Trail.
