C. 38-79 APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR MOTHER-IN-LAW UNIT - CHAFLES HELM WHEREAS Charles Helm has submitted a petition for a conditional use grant to permit construction of an addition to his existing dwelling at W207 S8710 Hillendale Drive in the NE 114 of Section 19 for use as a mother-in-law unit, and WHEREAS the request meets the requirements of Section 8.01 (7) C. 10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS the Plan Comission has held the necessary public hearing to consider the petition, and WHEREAS the plans submitted indicate that the architectural character of the proposed structure will be dominately single family in appearance, the mother-in-law unit will not exceed 800 sq. ft. of floor area, and the unit will be occupied by persons who are related to persons in the dwelling by blood, marriage or adoption. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby grant the request of Charles Helm for a conditional use grant to permit construction of an addition to the existing dwelling for use as a mother-in-law unit at W207 S8710 Eillendale Drive City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted APR 1 7 1979 Defeated Deferred jm 4/12/79
