APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
AMERICAN EAGLE MANOR, TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS on June 6, 1978 the Plan Commission adopted
Resolution #P. C. 74-78, Approval of Preliminary Plat, and
WHEREAS a revised preliminary plat prepared by Kit
Kuokkanen, land surveyor, dated February 8, 1979 for
American Eagle Manor, a 28 lot subdivision in the Town of
Waterford has been submitted to the Plan Commission for
approval because objections had been made to the original
plat by Racine County.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of
American Eagle Manor in the Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
