DENIAL OF SKETCH OF PROPOSED SUBDIVISION
AL FONS (FROELICH)
WHEREAS A1 Fons has submitted a sketch for a proposed
65 lot subdivision on the former Froelich Property in the
SE 114 of Section 5 to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
sketch and has recommended denial because of the location of
Tans Drive and the placement of lots does not tak.e into con-
sideration the poor soils and the drainage in the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the 0 City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch submitted by A1
Fons for a 65 lot subdivision of the former Froelich Property
in the SE 114 of Section 5.
