RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE LEGAL LOT STATUS
RICHARD WITTBROT
WHEREAS the Plan Commission recommended to the Common
Council that legal lot status of the Richard Wittbrot lot at
5103 W19367 Kelsey Drive be denied in Resolution #P. C. 115-78
adopted September 19, 1978, and
WHEREAS on October 10, 1978 the Cormon Council tabled
Resolution 11194-78, Denial of Legal Status because the petition
was withdrawn by Mr. Wittbrot, and
WHEREAS Mr. Wittbrot appeared at the Plan Commission
meeting on February 20, 1979 expressing a hardship of existing
plantings and fence line, and
