DENIAL OF FINAL PLAT
HOLIDAY PARK
WHEREAS a revised Final Plat prepared by Claude C.
Johnson, land surveyor, dated February 21, 1979, for Holiday
Park, a 32 lot subdivision in the NW 114 of Section 10, has
been submitted to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS the revised Final Plat includes the requirements
stated in Resolution #P. C. 6-79, Denial of Final Plat, adopted
January 16, 1979, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney, in an opinion dated January 15,
1979, states that the Plan Commission may reject the plat since
no sewers are available, and
WHEREAS on January 23, 1979 the Comon Council adopted
Resolution #9-79, Denial of Final Plat of Holiday Park, which
states that sewer facilities are not available to serve the
proposed subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the Final Plat for Holiday
Park based on the unavailability of sanitary sewers for the
proposed subdivision.
