PCR19790300 RESOLUTION SIP. C 30-79 RECOMMENDATION TO DENY REZONING REQUEST JAMES AND DARLENE WIESNER WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by James and Darlene Wiesner to amend the districting map to change the zoning on their property at S78 W18755 Janesville Road from RS-2 to B-2 to permit the remodeling of the existing barn for the purpose of establishing a restoration and resale shop for antiques, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recomended that this rezoning request be denied, and WHEREAS the use as requested would be permitted in an RS-2 district with an 00s overlay, with Plan Commission approval of the building, site and operational plans. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the request to rezone the Wiesner property at S78 W18755 Janesville Road from RS-2 to B-2 be denied BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Comission recommends that the petition be amended to rezone the property from RS-2 to RS-2 with an 00s overlay which would be more restrictive and still permit the use as requested.
