APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
TERRI'S FINISHING TOUCH
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby, upon reconmendation of the Architectural
Subcommittee, approve the request of Terri and Richard
Knudsen for a 4' x 6' sign with a dark background and light
lettering to be illuminated with lights concealed by a
canopy roof, to be 14' in height on a sinple free standinp
pole, or a total of 16' in height when including the roof, and
to be located in accordance with the existing zoning which is
10' from the lot line and 10' from the street right-of-way, on
the property at S76 W17815 Janesville Road.
