REFERRAL TO CITY ATTORNEY. PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
REQUEST FOR.LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS the Common Council has referred a petition for
legal lot status of Lot 5 and the south half of Lot 4, Block
12, Muskego Shores Subdivision submitted by Chris E. Youssi, to
the Plan Commission for review and recommendation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the request for legal lot
status submitted by Chris E. Youssi to City Attorney Buckley,
Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for
review and recommendation.
