PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR "MOTHER-IN-LAW" UNIT
REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
CHARLES HELM
WHEREAS a petition for a conditional use grant to permit
construction of an addition to his existing dwelling for use
as a mother-in-law unit has been submitted to the Plan
Comission by Charles Helm, W207 S8810 Hillendale Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition submitted by
Charles Helm for a conditional use grant to Plannfng Con-
sultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and
recommendat ion.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing will be held
on April 17, 1979 at 7:45 P.M. regarding this petition
