PCR19790250 RESOLUTION #P. C . 25-79 RECOMMENDING AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP RS-2 (00s) to 1-1 in NE 17 and NW 16 WHEREAS in Resolution #P C. 8-79 adopted February 6, 1979, the Plan Commission approved the purchase of city-owned land by Don Schroeder which lies between the right-of-way of the Wiscon- sin Electric Power Company and Janesville Road, adjacent to the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and WHEREAS the Finance Committee at their meetinp held January 17, 1979 recommended approval of the purchase to the Common Council, subject to compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the industrial park, and WHEREAS the proposed building to be constructed on this e parcel is to be used for retail sales and light manufacturing, which is not permitted in the existing zoning. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Comnon Council that the Zoning District Map be amended to rezone the triangular piece of property which lies between the right-of-way of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company and Janesville Road adjacent to the Muskego Businesslhdustrial Park from RS-2 (00s) to 1-1.
