APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
THE MEADOWS
WHEREAS a final plat dated January 5, 1979 has been sub-
mitted to the Plan commission by Stanley J. Potrykus, land
surveyor, for The Meadows (former Nettesheim Property), a 206
lot planned unit development to be located in the NE 1/4 and
SE 1/4 of Section 31, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the revised preliminary
plat dated August 8, 1978 in Resolution #P. C 149-78 adopted
September 5, 1978, and
WHEREAS the conditions set forth in that approval have been
complied with, and the property has been rezoned to RS-2 OPD, and
WHEREAS the final plat is a partial plat which substantially
conforms to the approved preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS Section 7 of the Land Division Ordinance provides
that easements be shown on the final plat of adeauate size for
the intended purpose.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat of The Meadows,
a 206 lot planned unit development located in the NE 1/4 and
SE 1/4 of Section 31, subject to the condition that the proper
easements be shown on the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT this approval is subject to
receipt of favorable reports and recormendations from. all objec-
ting and approving agencies, and affected city boards, comissions
