RESOLUTION #P. C. 21-79
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
WOODLAND ESTATES, TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS a final plat prepared by William E. Yach, land
surveyor, with revision date of January 10, 1979, for Woodland
Estates, a 9 lot subdivision in the Town of Vernon, has been
submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the preliminary plat
in Resolution SIP. C. 199-78 adopted November 7, 1978, and 0 WHEREAS the final plat substantially conforms to the
approved preliminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Woodland
Estates in the Town of Vernon, and recommends approval to the
Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
