APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
HARBOR POINT
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a final plat for Harbor Point, a 118 lot subdi-
vision in the Town of Norway prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin
6 Associates, January 25, 1979, has been submitted to the Plan
Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat was approved by the Plan
Commission in Resolution #P. C. 105-78 adopted July 18, 1978,
and
WHEREAS the final plat conforms substantiallyto the
0 approved preliminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Harbor
Point in the Town of Norway, and recommends approval to the
Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
