APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
LAKE WAUBEESEE ESTATES
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Lake Waubeesee Estates,
a 59 lot subdivision in the Town of Norway prepared by
Hoffmann, Polzin & Associates, January 4, 1979, has been sub-
mitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS a prior preliminary plat had been withdrawn and
this revised plat has now been redesigned, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
plat and recommended approval.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and reconmends approval
to the Common Council, the preliminary plat of Lake Waubeesee
Estates in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
