APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
DENOON VIEW
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Denoon View, a 6 lot
subdivision in the SW 114 and NW 114 of Section 32, pre-
pared by Thomas Inman, January 17, 1979 for William Retzlaff,
has been submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS the sketch was approved by the Plan Commission
in Resolution #P. C. 29-78 adopted March 7, 1978, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat conforms substantially to
the approved sketch.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval
to the Common Council, the preliminary plat of Denoon View,
subject to a more favorable dedication for the intersection
at East Shore and North Shore Drives.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
