APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
REINHOLD & MILDRED BAEHRING
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas D. Inman,
land surveyor, dated June 10, 1977, has been submitted for a one
parcel division of the Baehring property on Tess Comers Drive in
the SE quarter of Section 2, and
WHEREAS this division meets the requirements of this RS-2
District and conforms to the general overall plan for future
development of the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for
a one parcel division of the Baehring property on Tess Comers
Drive in the SE 114 of Section 2, and recormnends approval to the
Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer.
