SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE
CREATION OF TAX INCREMENT DISTRICTS
WHEREAS the concept of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) has
been introduced to the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS the first step in initiating Tax Increment Districts
(TID) is the holding of public hearings to which the executive
officers of other levels of government with the power to levy,
taxes on the property in the City of Muskego are invited, and
WHEREAS certain properties within the City are to be con-
sidered as Tax Increment Districts Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby resolve to give proper notice for
Districts Nos. 1, 2 and 3, said hearings to be held at the Muskego
public hearings to be held on the creation of Tax Increment
City Hall on Tuesday, March 20, 1979 beginning at 7:30 P.M. -
