APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF LAND BY CITY
FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF MARTIN DRIVE
WHEREAS it is proposed to reconstruct Martin Drive from
East Drive in the Marlan Meadows Subdivision to Ranch Drive, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to acquire right-of-way in some
areas for the proposed reconstruction and relocation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the purchase of .03 acre
from Arthur T. Albers, .69 acre from Ralph Martin and .43 acre
from W. C. Reynolds for the proposed reconstruction of Martin
Drive from East Drive to Ranch Drive, and recormnends approval to
the Common Council.
