PLANNING CONSULTANT, ZONING OFFICER AND CITY ENGINEER
BE IT RESOLVED that a preliminary plat for a 48 lot subdi-
vision know as Guenther's Creek Estates, prepared by Thomas D.
Inman, land surveyor, with revision date of December 13, 1978,
and located in the NW 114 of Section 12 is hereby acknowledged
and referred to the Planning Consultant, Zoning Officer and
City Engineer for review and recommendation
