APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF CITY-OWNED LAND
DON SCHROEDER
WHEREAS the Common Council has accepted an offer to pur-
chase a triangular piece of land in the NE 114 of Section 17
by Don Schroeder subject to review and approval by the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS this land lies between the right-of-way of the
Wisconsin Electric Power Company and Janesville Road, adjacent
to the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recormend approval to
the Common Council of the purchase of city-owned land in the
NE 114 of Section 17 by Don Schroeder.
