APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES ADDN. NO. 1
WHEREAS a final plat for a 24 lot subdivision known as
Lake Brittany Estates Addn. No. 1, prepared by Stanley J.
Potrykus, November 15, 1978, has been submitted to the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS this plat covers the area indicated as Outlot 2
of Lake Brittany Estates, and the preliminary plat was
approved in Resolution #P. C 61-78 adopted May 16, 1978, and
WHEREAS the present moratorium imposed by the DNR for any
0 extension of sewers would affect this subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat of Lake
Brittany Estates Addn. No 1 as to the layout and design, and
recommends to the Common Council approval of the final plat
with consideration given to the availability of sewers and the
possibility of unstable soils.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
