DENIAL OF FINAL PLAT
HOLIDAY PARK
a 32 lot subdivision located in the Northwest 114 of Section 10,
prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin & Assoc , December 18, 1978, and
WHEREAS a final plat has been submitted for Holiday Park,
Plat in Resolution #P. C. 99-78, adopted June 20, 1978, subject
to favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the Revised Preliminary
WHEREAS the Department of Local Affairs and Development
(DLAD) has objected to the final plat as submitted, and
Revised Preliminary Plat because the 25' drainage easement alonp
with the proper drainage easements for the detention area, and
the west boundary is not shown, the detention pond is not shown
a 30' planting strip along highway 24 is not shown
WHEREAS the final plat does not conform substantially to the
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the final plat for Holiday Park,
and does recormnend denial to the Couunon Council.
