RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO THE' ZONING DISTRICT MAP
SECTIONS 31, 32 and 33
WHEREAS the Common Council received a petition for zoning
change from several citizens in the Lake Denoon area and has
referred it to the Plan Commission for review and recommendation,
and
RS-2 all lands in Section 31 lying east of Crowbar Drive, all
lands in the northwest 1/4 of Section 32 lying west of Racine
Avenue, and all lands in the south 1/2 of Section 32, except those
lands presently zoned RS-2 or WF, and
WHEREAS the petition requests rezoning from R-1 and R-2 to
5, 1978, amended the Comprehensive Plan to indicate medium
density around Lake Denoon, which is reflected in the RS-2 zoning,
and
would be in the best interest of the City that the area in the
WHEREAS it is the opinion of the Plan Commission that it
NW 1/4 of Section 31 west of Crowbar presently zoned R-1 also be
rezoned to RS-2, and the land owned by Robert Duve in the SE 1/4
of Section 32 and the NW 1/4 of Section 33 presently zoned R-1
be rezoned to Agricultural, and that the area in the SW 114 of
Section 33 owned by William Peters presently zoned R-1 be
rezoned to Agricultural, and
WHEREAS the Plan Conmission, at their meeting held December

the wetland-flood plain areas in these sections be delineated
as to more closely follow the recent studies that have been made.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
WHEREAS it is also the opinion of the Plan Commission that
City of Muskego does hereby reconmend to the Common Council that
the areas in Section 31 which are presently zoned R-1 and R-2 be
rezoned to RS-2; that the area in the NW 1/4 of Section 32 pre-
sently zoned R-2 be rezoned to RS-2; that the area in the SE 1/4
of Section 32 presently zoned R-1 be rezoned to RS-2, except the
Robert Duve property which shall be rezoned to Agricultural; that
the area in the SW 1/4 of Section 33 presently zoned R-1 and owned
by W. H. Peters be rezoned to Agricultural; and that the Robert
Duve property in the NW 1/4 of Section 33 presently zoned R-1 be
rezoned to Agricultural.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission also
be delineated as to more closely follow the recent studies that
recommends that the wetland-floodplain areas in these sections
have been made.
