ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT AND REFERRAL TO
PLANNING CONSULTANT, ZONING OFFICER AND CITY ATTORNEY
HOLIDAY PARK FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS a final plat for a 32 lot subdivision known as
Holiday Park in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, prepared by Claude
C. Johnson, Jr , 12-18-78, has been submitted to the elan
Commission, and
WHEREAS this development is affected by the moratorium
presently imposed by the Department of Natural Resources.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby acknowledge receipt of the final
plat for Holiday Park and does hereby refer it to the Planninp
Consultant, Zoning Officer and City Attorney for review and
recommendation.
