APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
MIKE WEHR
WHEREAS a sketch has been submixted by Mike Wehr for a
two parcel division of 80,000 square feet each.of the former
Koeferal property on the south side of Woods Road in the NW 1/4 of
Section 12, and
WHEREAS these lots will be located in an area that is
mapped Wetland Flood Plain and low land, and.
WHEREAS Section 3.05,(4) of the Zoning Ordinance states
that the boundary shall be determined by actual conditions in
each specific situation and
WHEREAS the topography indicates that at least 40,000 a square feet of each parc~el ",would be beyond the Wetland Flood
Pl'ain or low land,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Comission approve
the sketch and would be receptive to a certified survey map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not usurp the
authority of the Common Counci-1 for the avaiigbility of sewers.
