APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
LAKEVIEW
WHEREAS Richard K. Lucht has submitted plans for the
interior remodeling of Lakeview, W171 S7260 Lannon Drive
(formerly Lakeview Gardens), and
WHEREAS this remodeling would expand the business use
granted under Conditional Use Grant No. 7, and
WHEREAS such remodeling would not constitute a substantial
change, and
WHEREAS sufficient parking is available
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the 0 City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and
operational plan for Lakeview at W171 S7260 L,annon Drive.
