APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
MERLE E. LARSON
(A. PIPKE FARM)
WHEREAS Merle E. Larson has submitted a sketch for a
two parcel division of the A. Pipke Farm, (former Grobschmidt
Farm), located in the SE 114 of Section 13 in the City of
Muskego and the SW 114 of Section 18 in the City of Franklin,
and
WHEREAS Parcel 1 is approximately 1 acre in size and
Parcel 2 is approximately 9 acres in size, which meets the
requirements of this R-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a two parcel
division as submitted by Merle E. Larson, subject to perculation,
approved access to North Cape Road, and review by the City of
Franklin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to
finalize this division, together with a fee of $25.00 to
assist in defraying the cost of review.
