RECOMMENDATION TO VACATE ROAD DEDICATION
NE 114 SECTION 5
WHEREAS the Cormnon Council has referred a petition from
Wayne Thielke and Thomas Ferguson requesting the abandonment of
the road dedication which extends west from Gold Drive in the
NE 114 of Section 5, measuring approximately 365' x 30' at the
south of Parcel 4 of the Hanagan Division recorded in 1973, and
a strip approximately 200' x 30' at the north of the Kastello
Division recorded in 1978, to the Plan Comission for review and
recommendation, and
WHEREAS the dedication was to provide access to Gold Drive
from the lands to the west, and
WHEREAS the lots along Gold Drive could not be redivided
until the lands to the west are developed, which will then provide
access to these lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the
approximate 365' x 30' and the 200' x 30' road dedication which
extends west from Gold Drive in the NE 114 of Section 5, as
requested by Wayne T'hielke and Tholras Ferguson, be vacated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the area of the street to be
vacated, an easement for public utilities, drainage and mainten-
ance or reconstruction of the lowlands be recorded.
