APPROVAL. OF FINAL PLAT
SUNSET FARMS ADDN. NO. 1
TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS a final plat for Sunset Fans Addn No. 1, a
25 lot subdivision in the Town of Vernon, prepared by Stanley
J. Potrykus, land surveyor, November 17, 1978, has been
submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat (revised) was approved in
Resolution #F. C 184-78 which was adopted October 17, 1978, and
0 WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has reviewed the final plat and
has determined that it is in conformance with the approved
preliminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Sunset
Farms Addn. No 1 in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of favorable reports from all objecting and approving
agencies.
