APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
ANNA ACRES - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by John F Degen,
land surveyor, October 24, 1978, for Anna Acres, a 17 lot
subdivision in the Town of Norway, has been submitted to the
Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
plat and has recommended approval.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
Anna Acres, and recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
