REAFFIRMING RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE THE FORMER NETTESHEIM PROPERTY
STANLEY J. POTRYKUS
WHEREAS on August 1, 1978 in Resolution #P. C. 118-78 the
Plan Commission made a recommendation of approval to rezone the
former Nettesheim Property, and
WHEREAS the Common Council referred this matter back to
the Plan Commission for further study, and
WHEREAS this study has been completed and indicates that
this development would be desirable and beneficial to the City
of Muskego.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby reaffirm its recornendation that
the property known as the former Nettesheim Farm in the east
half of Section 31 be rezoned from RS-2, R-2 and R-1 to RS-2 (OPD).
