DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
DAVID CUNNINGHAM
WHEREAS a sketch for a three parcel division of the David
Cunningham property at the northwest corner of Racine Avenue and
Highway 24 in the SE 114 of Section 8 has been submitted to the
Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS this parcel is the portion of the Wildflower planned
unit development known as Outlot 6, and
WHEREAS the sewer availability was granted to the Wildflower
Development, and
WHEREAS the access to Highway Y (Racine Avenue) would be
a collector street and part of the parkway extension, and any
development in this area should be connected to that parkway
extension rather than direct connection to Highway Y.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby disapprove the request of David
Cunningham for a three parcel division of the property at the
northwest corner of Racine Avenue and Highway 24.
