RECOMMENDATION FOR RENEWAL OF PERMIT
PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT
PAYNE & DOLAN OF WIS
WHEREAS Payne & Dolan have submitted a request for
renewal of their permit which expires December 1, 1978, for
continued operation of the portable asphalt plant on Crowbar
Road on the State Sand & Gravel site at W217 S8415 Crowbar Rd.,
and
WHEREAS this is a permitted accessory use in accordance
with Section 6.07 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the 0 City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that the permit for continued operation of the portable asphalt
plant on Crowbar Road be renewed for one year.
