APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas D.
Inman, land surveyor, October 29, 1978, has been submitted
to finalize a two parcel division of the Imme property on
Tess Corners Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 141-78 adopted September 5, 1978.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for this two parcel division of the Howard Imme property on
Tess Corners Road in the NE 114 of Section 2.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
