PCR1978203RESOLUTION #P C 203-78 APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE FOR DONALD BURG MOTHER-IN-LAW UNIT WHEREAS Donald Burg has submitted a petition for a condi- tional use grant to permit construction of an addition to his existing dwelling to be used as a mother-in-law unit at St33 W20607 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS the request shall meet the requirements of Section 8.01 (7) C. 10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance which states that the architectural character of the structure will be dominately single family unit will not exceed 800 sq 0 will be occupied by persons dwelling by blood, marriage in appearance, the mother-in-law ft. of floor area, and the unit who are related to persons in the or adoption, and WHEREAS the Plan Commission has held the necessary public hearing to consider this petition. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby grant the request of Donald Burg for a conditional use to permit construction of an addition to his dwelling to be used as a mother-in-law unit at S83 W20607 Janesville Road, in accordance with Section 8.01 (7) C. 10 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance.
