APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WOODLAND ESTATES, TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS a preliminary plat prepared by William E. Yach,
land surveyor, September 28, 1978, for Woodland Estates, a
9 lot subdivision in the Town of Vernon, has been submitted
to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS this proposed subdivision falls within Muskego's
extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
approval.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
Woodland Estates in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recommendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
