APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING AND SITE PLAN
PARKLAND MALL
(UNITED STATES POST OFFICE)
WHEREAS a revised building and site plan has been sub-
mitted for the purpose of constructing a United States Post
Office in Parkland Mall, a portion of the Parkland Plaza planned
unit development, and
WHEREAS the north elevation of the mall will be altered by
adding an entrance, two light fixtures, a loading dock with a
concrete platform and a double door service entrance, and
WHEREAS this project will not create traffic or parking demand
e incompatible with that anticipated under the General Plan
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised building and site
plan of Parkland Mall, subject to the condition that the area to
the north be properly landscaped and the garbage contain'ers be
properly screened.
