APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS

RON BADERTSCHER
WHEREAS Ron Badertscher has submitted building, site
and operational plans prepared by Woods-Moynihan, October 17,
1978, for a 80' x 60' building to be constructed on Lot 1,
Block 1 (W190 S8140 Mercury Drive), in the Muskego Business/
Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the buildinp, site and
operation plans for an office/warehouse building to be con-
structed for Ron Badertscher on Lot 1, Block 1 in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the parking spaces along
Mercury Drive shall be set back loft. from the front lot line.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that landscaping plans shall be
submitted to the Plan Comission for approval.
