APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ROBERT ADAMS
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, October 11, 1978, has been submitted to finalize
a one parcel division of the Adams property on Pioneer Drive
in the SW 114 of Section 9, and

WHEREAS the Plan Comission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #F, C. 130-78 adopted August 15, 1978,
and
0 WHEREAS an easement providing access to Valley Drive
has been executed and will be recorded with the certified survey
map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Adams property
on Pioneer Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer
