PCR1978194RESOLUTION WP. C. 194-78 RECOMMENDATION TO DENY LEGAL LOT STATUS WILLARD E ANDERSON , WHEREAS Willard E. Anderson, W171 S7222 Lannon Drive, has submitted a petition requesting legal status for Lot 9, Block 2 in the Meadowdale Subdivision, and WHEREAS there is an existing home on Lot 8, and WHEREAS on March 10, 1969, a Covenant Not to Convey or Construct, was recorded with the Register of Deeds, which states that Lots 8 and 9, Block 2, Meadowdale Subdivision, will not be conveyed separately, nor will any residence be construc- ted on Lot 9, Block 2, Meadowdale Subdivision. The covenant was recorded in order that a garage could be constructed on Lot 8, and WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000 sa. ft. in area and 110' average width, and Lots 8 and 9 and 16,692 sq ft. in area with an average width of 78', and WHEREAS the Land Division Ordinance requires averape width on corner lots to be 10' wider than the zoning requirements. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the request of Willard E.
