APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
EDWARD R. KRAWCZYK
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Edward R.
Krawczyk, W126 S9397 North Cape Road, to pernit construc-
tion of a 24' x 26', unattached second garage structure, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control
Board (Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of
Edward R. Krawczyk for a 24' x 26', unattached, second garage
structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that one of the existing tool
sheds on the property shall be removed, since only one
accessory building is permitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with the existing
buildings on the lot.
