DISAPPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR LAND DIVISION
DAVID MEINERZ
WHEREAS a revised sketch has been submitted by David A.
Meinerz for a one parcel division of the Meinerz property
located south of Bay Lawn Subdivision adjacent to Dorothy Drive
in the SW 114 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS it is intended that Dorothy Drive be extended
to the south. However, the sewer does not abut the property
and cannot be extended to serve this property, and
WHEREAS the soil map indicates that an on-site disposal
0 system would not be feasible, and
WHEREAS until sewers are available, development of this
property would be unlikely.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby disapprove the request of David A.
Meinerz for a one parcel division of the Meinerz property at
the end of Dorothy Drive in the SW 114 of Section 11.
