APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
SUNSET FARMS ADDP; #l - TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a preliminary plat
for Sunset Farms Addn. #1 in the Town of Vernon in Resolution
#P. C. 121-78 adopted August 1, 1978, and
WHEREAS a revised preliminary plat reducing the number of
lots from 29 to 25 has been submitted by Stanley J. Potrykus
with revision date of September 28, 1978.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conmission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised preliminary plat
for Sunset Farms Addn. #l in the Town of Vernon. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and reconmendations from all objecting and
approving agencies.
