REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REZONING REOUEST
DAVID J. CUNNINGHAM
WHEREAS on June 20, 1978 in Resolution #P. C 94-78 the
Plan Commission recommended to the Common Council that the
zoning map be amended to change the zoning on the northwest
comer of Racine Avenue and Highway 24 from B-2 to RS-2, and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this matter back
to the Plan Commission for further review.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the

City of Muskego does hereby refer the request of David J.
Cunningham to rezone the property on the northwest corner of
Racine Avenue and Highway 24 from B-2 to RS-2 to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
