REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REZONING REQUEST STANLEY J POTRYKUS
WHEREAS on August 1, 1978 in Resolution #P C. 118-78 the
Plan Commission made a recormnendation of approval to rezone the
former Nettesheim Property, and
WHEREAS this proposed zoning is in conformance with the
Comprehensive Plan developed in 1964, and
WHEREAS as a result of the Common Council action to refer
this matter back to the Plan Commission for review, a conplete
review of the Comprehensive Plan for the Lake Denoon area should
0 be undertaken.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the request of Stanley J.
Potrykus to rezone the former Nettesheim Property (The Meadows)
from RS-2, R-2 and R-1 to RS-2 (OPD) to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Comprehensive Plan for the
Lake Denoon area is also referred to Planning Consultant Mangia-
mele for review and recommendation.
