REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
REQUEST FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS
WILLARD E ANDERSON
WHEREAS a petition requesting legal lot status of Lot 9,
Block 2 in the Meadowdale Subdivision was submitted to the
Common Council by Willard E. Anderson, W171 S7222 Lannon Drive,
and
WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this petition
to the Plan Commission for review.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition for legal lot
status of Lot 9, Block 2 in the Meadowdale Subdivision to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review
0
and recommendation.
