C 179-78 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT SANDY KNOLL a fin a1 plat for the 29 lo t of San 't developmen Knoll, a subdivision in the SE 114 of Section 2, has been submitted by Roger W. Johnson, land surveyor, dated September 29, 1978, to the Plan Commission for approval, and WHEREAS the preliminary plat was approved in Resolution SIP. C. 45-78 adopted April 18, 1978. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the Final Plat of Sandy Knoll subject to the condition that the notation on the face of the plat stating "No Direct Access is to Permitted to Tess Corners Drive from Lots 1 and 29" be changed to "No Direct Access is Permitted to Tess Corners Drive from Lots 2 and 29" 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
