APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
HEATHER RIDGE ESTATES ADDN. NO 2
TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS a final plat for Heather Ridge Estates Addn. No. 2,
a 66 lot subdivision in the Town of Vernon, prepared by
Stanly J. Potrykus, land surveyor, September 27, 1978, has been
submitted to the Plan Corrmission for approval, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat was approved in Resolution
#P. C. 111-78 adopted July 18, 1978, and
WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has reviewed the final plat and
0 has determined that it is in conformance with the approved pre-
liminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Heather
Ridge' Estates Addn. No. 2 in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that.this approval is subject to
receipt of favorable reports from all objecting and approving
agencies.
