APPROVALIDISAPPROVAL OF ACCESSORY BUILDING
ALVIN SCHAEFER
WHEREAS Alvin Schaefer has submitted plans for a 60' x 162'
building to be used for the storage of machinery and grain, to
be constructed on his property lying between Lions Park Drive and
Racine Avenue just north of Highway 24, and
,WHEREAS this building would exceed 1% of the land area, and
WHEREAS the Board of Appeals on September 28, 1978 granted a
variance for this structure, and
WHEREAS there will be two buildings removed in the area where
the building will be constructed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission of the City
of Muskego does hereby A P PROVfG the request of Alvin
Schaefer to construct a 60' x 162' fam building to be used for
approve/disapprove
the storage of grain and machinery, on his property lying between
Lions Park Drive and Racine Avenue just north of Highway 24
